Jonathan Winer is the founder of Foundational Industries, an investment and technology platform accelerating America’s transition to AI-native manufacturing. He has led over $3 billion in private equity investments at the intersection of technology and real assets—including launching differentiated investment strategies at D.E. Shaw and founding Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (Alphabet-backed) to apply AI to sustainable infrastructure. Foundational builds on this expertise to reindustrialize the U.S. through intelligent, adaptive manufacturing.
